The Horror, The Horror!
Folks, it looks like we have had an accident with our Facebook page. We were transferring info from one page to another as we were told to do, but all our info was lost. ReplyDeleteI am having a bad feeling about the Ants this year. I think the team is going to be good, but I'm not sure the franchise is okay based the incredible lapse in updates etc. This blog has died and probably should have, but not much substance is going on Facebook either from the site I checked. I have a funny feeling this might be the last year for the Ants. If in-game production and entertainment goes does down after four good years, it will make me wonder. This team can't keep putting on a good show (win or lose) with fans not coming. The prices are great and the schedule this year is outstanding. This is the year for the Ants. If this year we have a small opening night crowd once again and low attendance, and with the NBA labor situation, I'm not sure how this thing can keep rolling year after year. Teams come and go all the time in this league, so I'm not sure that FTW can keep not getting the crowds when the other two teams in town draw so very well. To me Ants games are the best of the three mostly because of the prices and the level of play, but all right now are very good.
ReplyDeleteThe first game will be an indication of the year, I think...and I mean off the court stuff. Not much fanfare going on for a game that's ONE week away.
I agree. I'm worried too. Maybe I'm not reading the right webpages or seeing the right newscasts, but based on the JG, Steve has had a few updates but not many. The Komets are covered so well, it would be nice the Ants get a similar treatment. TinCaps are well covered too.
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping for a big year and can't wait for Friday, but I've heard there are still plenty of tickets left so we'll see. Like you said the game is only a week away. Go Mad Ants!
